Documentation & Quarantine

Your pet must have a certified document showing they been vaccinated against rabies at least 30-days and is fit and healthy to fly prior to entry in the US.  Certificate must be completed and signed by your veterinarian within 10-days of travel.

In some states and country, if your pet does not have the proper health documentation, your pet may be subject for quarantine.  For International travel, it is important to know the rabies clarification of your pet’s originating and destination country.  You need to be aware of the quarantine requirements of countries in which you must clear custom.

Travel Essentials

To make sure your pet stays hydrated during travel and can be fed during any unforeseen delays, two-dishes or one divided dish for food and water must be securely attached inside of the crate door.  It must be accessible from the outside of the crate so the dishes can be filled without opening the door.  Dishes must be durable and safe.  Make sure to pack lots of water.

What Clients Say

PTS took care of my 3 cats’ ENTIRE move. I didn’t need to call the airlines, do paperwork or transfer my pets in Hawaii. Anna and Gabe are the best! They were knowledgeable, helpful & kind. They took my cats to their 10 day prior vet appointment & picked up their paperwork for me. They even picked me and the cats up from my hotel. I have a broken elbow and Gabe moved my heavy luggage downstairs, into their vehicle & into the airport. They went above and beyond. I wasn’t stressed or worried at all with my babies in their hands. I’ve already recommended them to a few people. Trust me, you want them to be your pet movers! Thanks again Anna and Gabe!
