PTS took care of my 3 cats’ ENTIRE move. I didn’t need to call the airlines, do paperwork or transfer my pets in Hawaii. Anna and Gabe are the best! They were knowledgeable, helpful & kind. They took my cats to their 10 day prior vet appointment & picked up their paperwork for me. They even picked me and the cats up from my hotel. I have a broken elbow and Gabe moved my heavy luggage downstairs, into their vehicle & into the airport. They went above and beyond. I wasn’t stressed or worried at all with my babies in their hands.
